Maria Reid-Nkpadobi planted 5 trees in memory of MSgt. / E-7 Arthur Irwin Reid . - May 12, 2023
I knew Art for a very short time while I was stationed at Shemya AFB, AK. He was a photo tech for one of the TDY teams and we became friends. I'd watch him use his skills in the photo lab. Many years later Art and his lovely wife visited me where I live in Lake Mary, FL. I brought my "scrapbook" of Shemya pictures and we became teary eyed over the pictures of our "bird". RIP Art. I think of you often.
Uncle Art, thank you for the memories and invaluable lessons that you instilled into me and my cousins throughout our lives. You will forever live through your legacy and Auntie will make sure we continue to thrive. The love you too shared was powerful and beautiful. To infinity and beyond! Love Always, your Virgo niece, Jamese 💐🙏🏾

Mr. Investigator Reid, Sir! It was a pleasure to cross paths with you. You always kept me laughing and in good spirits. Your candid bluntness was valued and will always be remembered. May you rest in peace.
ODB, you were the most memorable of Investgators when the 12 of us came on board with the EEOC in 2014. I wasn't sure about you, as you stared us down during our tour, but I soon found out you were a Brother in Arms. We naturally clicked, and you made me laugh more times than I can count, with your candid, dry sense of humor. Until Valhalla, my Brother. You will be missed down here, but forever loved. And you know my parting words to you, which will be part of every toast I make in your memory.
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
