Ms. Beatrice Keys, known by many as Skeet, of Marianna, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at the Courtyard at the Millpond in Marianna, Florida.
Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM from the sanctuary of McChapel AME Church located at 4963 Old US Road in Marianna, Florida, where the Reverend Darnell West, is the pastor with the Reverend Christopher Jordan, officiating.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Keys will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 AM until time for the service.
A public viewing will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
She leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:
Son: Kelzo Keys of Marianna, Florida
Four Sisters: Dorothy Oliver; Nellie Ruth Balkcom, Alier Hall, and Eva Ruth White
Two Brothers: Charles (Retha May) Keys and Ben (Mary) Keys.
And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.

Aunt Skeet we had a ride, good times and bad times. You gave me 60 years love and laughter, and some awesome outfits and the best tea cakes in Jackson County. You will be truly missed. Love you until we meet again.
