Obituary For Florida McKoy
Mrs. Florida McKoy, of Greenwood, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Jackson Hospital in Marianna, Florida.
She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Greenwood, Florida. To know her was to love her.
Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM from the sanctuary of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church located at 3996 Wintergreen Road in Greenwood, Florida where the Reverend Kevin Williams is the pastor with the Reverend Dr. Louis Williams, officiating.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. McKoy will lie in repose at the church from 1:00 PM until time for the service.
A public viewing will be held on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
She leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:
Two Daughters: Debra (David) Peniston of Rosenberg, Texas and Phyllis McKoy of Newark, New Jersey
Nine grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
