Obituary For Glenora "Buddy" Bellamy

Mr. Glenora Bellamy, of Cottondale, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Monday, January 20, 2025, at Marianna Health and Rehabilitation Center in Marianna, Florida.

Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 12:00 Noon, from the sanctuary of Henshaw Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church located at 2730 Glastel Street in Cottondale, Florida 32431 where the Reverend Freddie Tellis is the pastor and the Reverend Dr. Marvin Henderson, officiating.

Interment will be in the Bethlehem Church Cemetery located at 3100 Lovewood Road in Cottondale, Florida.

Mr. Bellamy will lie in repose at the church from 11:00 AM until time for the service.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.

He leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:

Wife: Vila Mae Bellamy of Cottondale, Florida

One Son: Larry Bellamy of Cottondale, Florida

Two Daughters: Lawanda Bellamy of Cottondale, Florida and Sharon Bellamy of Chipley, Florida

Three Sisters: Vernell Smith of Cottondale, Florida; Arleado Bellamy of Irvington, New Jersey and Ruby (Gerald) Thomas of Hop, New Jersey

And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
