Obituary For Gloria Bellamy

Mrs. Gloria Bellamy, of Cottondale, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Bonifay Nursing and Rehab Center in Bonifay, Florida.

Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Monday, September 30, 202 at 1:00 PM from the sanctuary of Henshaw Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church located at 2730 Glastel Street in Cottondale, Florida 32431.

Vann Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Interment will be in the Bethlehem AME Church Cemetery located at 3100 Lovewood Road in Cottondale, Florida.

Mrs. Bellamy will lie in repose at the church from 12:00 Noon until time for the service.

A public viewing will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.

She leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:

Two Sons: Clarence Bellamy of Newark, New Jersey and Robert Bellamy of Miami, Florida

Four Daughters: Andrea Bellamy and Zena Nelson both of Cottondale, Florida; Darcell Bellamy of Panama City, Florida and Kimberly (Wendell) Webb of Havelock, North Carolina

Five Brothers: Percell White if Newark, New Jersey; Derrill White of Cottondale, Florida; George Booth and Donnell White both of Chattahoochee, Florida and Leonard White of Virginia

One Sister: Marilyn White of Marianna, Florida

And a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.

My good friend, Gloria, has gone on to be with the lord. I know she will be missed by many still here. I, myself is one of them. She was the sweetest person, ready to help any who had a need, and was a wonderful social worker. Rest in blessed peace my dear, I hope to see you again soon. Patricia Ann Mordes.
