Little Miss Ja’layah N. Whitsett, age 14, of Panama City, Florida, transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on May 26, 2026, in HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, Florida.
To know her was to love her.
The Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM from the sanctuary of Antioch Temple Church of God in Christ, located at 3501 East 2nd Street in Panama City, Florida 32401 where Elder Janeiro Johnson is the pastor.
Little Miss Ja’layah N. Whitsett will lie in state at the church from 10:00 AM until time for the service.
Interment will follow the service.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 6 PM to 8 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
She leaves to cherish her memories, a loving and devoted family and countless friends/acquaintances.
