Nothing about this is easy, I'm terribly sorry for the loss of Jay. I was blessed to have met JB in Tallahassee and he took care of us like family and even made us his corn casserole lol. Always kind, loving and very head strong. I am heartbroken by his departure but also so so very grateful to have experienced such a beam of light. Thank you to mom & dad for raising such a loving, caring, kind human being. May you all find peace and comfort in knowing Jay touched so many lives. Sending love and prayers your way. Sue Kallice

Sending my deepest condolences to the Borders family, from Philadelphia. Jay was a very good friend, and I love him very much. Whenever I needed Jay, he was there for me. I'm going to miss our many conversations, his smile, and the positive energy that could light up any room. I'll Love You, FOREVER!
