Mr. Kasaw Holden, of Marianna, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Jackson Hospital in Marianna, Florida.
Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 2:00 PM from the sanctuary of Eastside Baptist Church located at 4785 Hwy 90 in Marianna, Florida 32446 with the Reverend D. DeRon Johnson, officating.
Interment will be in the Mt. Olive African Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery located at 2135 Fairview Road in Marianna, Florida.
Mr. Holden will lie in repose at the church from 1:00 PM until time for the service.
A public viewing will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
He leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:
Five Daughters: Jacqueline Sample, Gloria (Orlando) Jackson and Lawonda Holden all of Marianna, Florida; Valeria (Barry) Johnson of Opelika, Alabama and Tammy (Richard) Hendrieth of Greenwood, Florida
Three Brothers: Lonnie (Willie Mae) Holden and Charles (Delores) Holden both of Marianna, Florida and Frankie (Kathleen) Holden of McKee City, New Jersey
Seven Sisters: Annie Mae Paramore of Wichita, Kansas; Louis Sullivan and Julia Holden both of Cleveland, Ohio; Gene (James) Bridges of Fayetteville, North Carolina; Amand Holden-Epps of Pleasantville, New Jersey and Rosetta Holden and Lola (Ralph) Douglas both of Marianna, Florida
Thirteen grandchildren, Fourteen Great Grandchildren and a host of special nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends

Uncle Kasaw never met a stranger and made you feel welcomed when you went to visit his home. I offer my deepest condolences for the family.
