Obituary For Louis L. Sylvester

Mr. Louis L. Sylvester of Marianna, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Friday, January 29, 2021 at his residence.

Mr. Sylvester was a 1966 graduate of Jackson County Training School. He attended the Saint Luke Missionary Baptist Church.

Mr. Sylvester was employed at Arthur G. Dozier School for Boys prior to establishing his own business, Sylvester’s Air Conditioning& Heating Service. To know him was to love him.

Celebration of Life services will be held on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at 2:00 PM from the Orange Hill Cemetery in Marianna, Florida with Prophet Billy White, Pastor Riley J. Henderson, and Reverend DeRon Johnson officiating. A walk-through only viewing will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.

He leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond memories, a loving family: Wife of 42 Years: Rhonda J. Sylvester of Marianna, Florida

Two Daughters: Sawona (Tyrone) and Denisha

Five Sons: Jemell Sylvester, Torris Sylvester, Torri Hill, Thomas Sylvester, IV, and Terrence Sylvester

Six Brothers: Curtis Sylvester (Cassandra), Gary Sylvester (Michelle), Danny Sylvester (Ruby), Michael Sylvester (Cynthia), Jerry Sylvester (Maybel), and Larry Sylvester

14 Grandchildren

2 Great Grandchildren

And a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws, friends of the family, and others who held dear to his heart.
