Mr. Ray E. Bush, of Columbus, Georgia transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 11:00 AM from the sanctuary of Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church located at 1503 Mockingbird Road in Marianna, Florida 32448 where the Reverend Wallace Godwin is the pastor.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Bush will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 AM until time for the service.
A public viewing will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
He leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:
Wife: Cynthia Bush of Columbus, Georgia
Two Daughters: Ruby and husband Bryn Rash of Panama City, Florida and Cynthia Quinn of Columbus, Georgia
Five Sons: Kendrick and wife Cleo Bush of Defuniak Springs, Florida; Travis Bush of Bogalusa, Louisiana; Marcus Hopkins, Anthony Burke, Jr. and Isaiah Hopkins all of Columbus, Georgia
Two Brothers: Larry and wife Laurietta Bush of Marianna, Florida and Brian and wife Shauntee Bush of Atlanta, Georgia
Two Sisters: Vickie Bush Debose and husband Barry of Huntsville, Alabama and Freddie Bush Siler of Marianna, Florida
And a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
