Mr. Vanderbilt Carter, Jr. of Blountstown, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Monday, February 2, 2026, at his residence.
Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 12:00 Noon at Vann Funeral Home Chapel located at 4265 Saint Andrews Street in Marianna, Florida 32448.
Interment will be in the Magnolia Cemetery located at 326 13th Street in Blountstown, Florida.
Mr. Vanderbilt will lie in repose at the chapel from 11:00 AM until time for the service.
A public viewing will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
He leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family.
