Mr. Jake Hamilton, 95, of the Red Top Section on John's Island, SC entered into eternal rest on December 18, 2020. The relatives and friends of Mr. Hamilton and those of his beloved wife, Mrs. Melvene Hamilton; son, Eugene Jones; step-daughter, Elyse Bryant; a host of grandchildren, great grands, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends are invited to attend his Celebration of Life Graveside Service, 11am, Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Mitchell Memorial Cemetery, Penny Creek Road, Adams Run, SC.
