In the corners of my mind, you reside,
Your stories, your laughter, my eternal guide.
Each memory a treasure, both tender and bright,

From childhood adventures to lessons so grand,
You shaped who I am with a gentle hand.
In every soft whisper, in every sweet sigh,
Your love lingers on; it will never die.

I hear your voice in the rustling leaves,
In the rustle of pages, the stories it weaves.
You taught me of courage, of kindness, of grace,
In every heartwarming moment, I find your trace.

Though time may march on and days may flee,
Your spirit remains a part of me.
In each laugh, in each tear, in the softest embrace,
I carry your memory, your love, your grace.

Mr. James Grant, Jr. entered into eternal rest on April 30, 2025. The relatives and friends are invited to attend Mr. Grant's Celebration of Life Service, 11am, Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Wesley United Methodist Church, 2718 River Road, John's Island, SC. Interment: Churchyard Cemetery. Viewing will be held 3pm until 7pm, Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at Walker's Mortuary Chapel.
