Mr. Tyrone Eugene Hoover passed Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Piedmont Medical Center in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
A Funeral Service celebrating the life of “BIG HOOV' will be held 3PM Sunday, September 28, 2025 at Rock Hill Baptist Church 2396 River Road Winnsboro, South Carolina with Pastor De'Jarvis Thompson, Officiating and delivering the Words of Comfort. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
“BIG HOOV” was a member of Rock Hill Baptist Church. He was a 1994 graduate of Great Falls. High School. “BIG HOOV” enjoyed sports and especially the Washington Commanders.
“BIG HOOV” was a son of Ms. Almetha Hoover and the late Mr. Charles Evans. He was born on October 22, 1975 in Chester South Carolina. He departed this life on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Piedmont Medical Center in Fort Mill South Carolina.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Charles Evans and a brother, Mr. Pedro Evans.
Those left to cherish fond memories are his son, Tyron D. Hoover of Chester, South Carolina; his daughter, Madison Cunningham of Lancaster, South Carolina; ;his mother, Almetha Hoover of the home his brothers and sisters, Matthew (Roshell) Hoover of Winnsboro, South Carolina, Anthony Hoover of Chester, South Carolina, Keith Hoover of Columbia, South Carolina, Javaris Hoover of Chester, South Carolina, De'Andre Hoover, Mylek Hoover, Tyrek Hoover all of Great Falls, South Carolina, Ywonella Evans, Charles (Tara) Evans, Jamie(Lisa) Evans all of Lancaster, South Carolina, Tawanna (Michael) Foster of Woodard South Carolina, Lamont (Cookie) McCrorey of Winston Salem, North Carolina, Tracy McCrorey of Winnsboro, South Carolina, Jaquan McCrorey of Great Falls, South Carolina, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
A Viewing will be held from 2-7 PM Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Washington Funeral Home in Great Falls, South Carolina.
Arrangements are entrusted to Washington Funeral Home in Great Falls, South Carolina.
