Edward Marquis Johnson life came to an end on Saturday, May 11. 2024 at the age of 40 at his residence in Franklin, Tennessee. Edward was born on September 26, 1983 in Franklin, Williamson County to parents of the Martha Johnson and James Edward Davis.
He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Sarah Johnson; sons, Jaylen Johnson, Damontre Johnson and Deshawn Johnson; devoted brothers Derrick Johnson and James Harris; devoted sisters , LaToya Johnson and Yolanda Johnson; grandmother, Mary Davis; aunts, Maggie Lee, Donna Johnson, Dee Dee Coffee, Jean Davis and Tammy Davis: uncles, Greg Johnson and L.T. Davis; devoted cousins, Samantha Anderson and Lewis Anderson; devoted friends, Latosha Sparkman, Curtis McLemore and Derrick Dodson and a host of nieces, nephews other cousins and friends.
Edward Marquis Johnson will lie in state on Friday, May 17, 2024 from 12 until 5 at Waters Funeral Home.
Visitation with family Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 11 until 12 at Lynn Creek Tabernacle, 117 Fairground Street, with funeral to began at 12 Noon. Elder John Haynes, officiating and Elder James Coure, eulogist.
The best man I ever knew. This hurts... No more suffering, hiding what you were going through to spare others pain. Your smile made my heart happy while yours fault to live. Rest in Heaven.
