Tootie was a good friend of the Alexander family on Parks St. Growing up as a teen in the mid 80's I have lots of memories of Mr. Tootie Kelton stopping by to chat with my grand parents as we set on the porch. Him and my Grandfather were good friends. Tootie would volunteer to help my granddad do many projects around the house and yard. Building fences and tool sheds. Really CooL guy. Much respect πππΎ
