Obituary For James Wesley Vaughn
James Wesley Vaughn passed away on July 31, 2024 at Alive Hospice Nashville, in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 69. He was born October 8, 1954 in Rutherford County, Tennessee to the parents of Winnie Hatcher Vaughn and John L. Vaughn.
Those left behind to cherish his many memories; son, LaKeith (Cherita) Vaughn; grandchildren, Arial Vaughn, Brytnee Treece, Toree Treece and Zachery Hawes; 8 great grand children; sisters, Delores Matthews, Geraldine (Willard) Fletcher, and Gloria Jordan; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Mr. Vaughn will lie in state Tuesday, August 13, 2024 from 12 until 5 at the funeral home.
Visitation with family, Wednesday, August 14, 2024 from 11:00 until 12:00 at Locust Ridge Primitive Baptist Church, 4991 Murfreesboro Road Arrington, Tennessee, with funeral to began at 12:00 noon. Elder Doncor Archie, officiating and Elder Monte Lester, eulogist.
Interment Greenwood North Cemetery , Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
