Johnny Eugene Moore departed this life on December 8, 2019 at his residence in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 58. He was born on February 15, 1961 in Davidson County, Tennessee, to the parents of the late Johnny Crutcher and Lynda Earline Walker.

Those left behind to cherish his many memories, his wife, Joyce Moore; son, Jonathon (Shauntez) Moore; grandchildren, Keairus Easley, Shayla Moore, Carmello Moore, Madyson Moore and Ajalon Moore; sisters, Angela Moore, Malynda (Christopher) Gaines, Chalana (Ronald) Pitts, Carita Smith, Kimberly Crutcher and Carmen Crutcher; brothers, Edward (Ve`Ronica) Moore, Duane (Stefanee) Crutcher and Eric (Darlene) Crutcher, Sr.; mother-in-law, Nettie (Phillip) Cain; sister-in-law, Hiedy Jackson; brothers-in-law, Leon (Doris) Chandler, Stephen Jackson and Jarvis (Wanda) Jackson; devoted aunt, Anna (Riley) Clemons, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, devoted friend, Jerry Glanton.

Mr. Moore will lie in state from 3 until 5 on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Ephesian Primitive Baptist Church, 1506 22nd North, Nashville, Tennessee 37208.

Visitation with family, Monday, December 16, 2019 from 11 until 12 at Ephesian Primitive Baptist Church, 1506 22nd Ave. North, Nashville, Tennessee 37208 with funeral to follow. Minister Nathaniel Beach, officiating and Elder Cornelius A. Hill, eulogist
