"Billy Kool" was his special name!and special he was,I met Billy over some forty years ago when I met and dated his uncle Buster,Billy was instrumental in helping me obtain my first job when he worked at Precision Tubular. I thank God that he allowed me to cross paths with such an amazing individual, he was the same every time you encountered him, respectful, kind and always funny. May God comfort and bless the family in the days weeks and months to come, in Jesus name🙏🏿"Billy Kool" Rest In Peace! Aunt Debbie

My sweet, sweet friend. For 20 years you were a bright light in my life. I could always count on you for a joke, a lot of aggravation, and even more laughs. My work days will never be the same without you. You knew how much I loved you, I made sure of that!!! Rest in Peace my Dear Friend. You will forever have place in my heart!

You are going to be missed like crazy Billy. My heart goes out to all the people you have left behind.

A wonderful and one of a kind human-being!! Any day I saw Billy was a brighter day for me! Kind, Compassionate & Charming... I will surly miss my sweet friend but know the gates of Heaven swung open wide as the angels welcomed him home! I love you Billy... Prayers for peace and comfort for all of you as we move forward to that glorious day when we will all embrace again ~

Words cannot describe the respect I had for Billy and Leonard. The Williamson County Complex lost a great friend to a lot that has worked there. Got to see Billy about 4 weeks ago and I went over to speak to him. Glad I got to see him. Prayers to his family and to one of his best friends Leonard. Both of you are one of a kind and I will treasure the memories I have of you and Leonard. Troy Irwin

I met Billy at the County Complex and have worked with him for 29 years. There has not been a day in 29 years that he wasn't smiling and laughing and just happy to be here. His enthusiasm for his job and life was something to admire. He will be greatly missed in the halls at the complex. Rest in Peace sweet friend. You will be missed, Debbie Smith.

Mr. Smith came into my life when I was a wild teenager and was like a father to me up until the time he passed away on 9/9/2022. I am so grateful that God brought him into my life through my mama all those years ago. He taught me how to drive when my mama's nerves couldn't handle it lol. He and I got to have many conversations and our last time together was 9/3/22 and we got to hug and say our goodbyes even though we didn't know it would be the last time. He was a special man and so funny with his unique laugh. God bless his soul and may rest and prosper in the land of milk and honey. LW

Mr. Smith! He helped me become a better person. If you wanted to know the truth about something and asked him, get ready for the truth! If he cared about you, you felt it, if he didn't care about you, he would tell you and the reason why. If he had a nickname for you, he cared for you and it was a story with the nickname. He loved his family and Fairground Street. He loved James Brown and could dance and tell you mostly anything about your family history. Sports was his specialty, Marvel Friends and just sitting at home watching TV. I thank God that He put you in my life for over 20 years. No more VA Dr visits, no more pain, no more pills, no more sleepless nights! Rest! You have earned your wings! My friend!

Billy was such a great man he will be missed he would literally give you the shirt off his back, all that knew him loved him he could light up a room when he appeared my condolences go out to his family he was such a wonderful man, God gained another Angel.

Love this man !! My life is better to have known him, he fought for our country he worked hard for Williamson county. He retired and knew he had more to give, and continued to work part time . Will miss the all time best story teller and the man that always talked that jive. Tuesday at 8:30 will never be the same at work. We miss you already Rest In Peace love jimmy cricket
