God promises to completely eliminate sickness and death and restore life to those lost in death. May you find comfort in his promises. Since it is impossible for God to lie, he will assuredly fulfill his promises. (Isaiah 33:24, Isaiah 25:8 and Acts 24:15)

April 16, 2020 To The Clark and Milton Family, Allow me to extend our deepest condolences to you as we lift you and your family before the throne of God in the passing of your beloved Jimmy Milton.
In Romans 12:15, the Bible commands that we, "Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep." By these words we are encouraged that God has bound the family of man together by these sympathies in both joys and sorrows in order to demonstrate the attachment that we have one with another. Truly, our love for you constrains us to take part in your sorrows. We know that sorrow at the death of a loved one is not improper. It is proper to mourn, it is right to weep. Indeed, weeping endures for a night, but joy comes in the morning. Hence, we mourn not as the world mourns, but with submission to God; we weep not as the world weeps, but without complaining; and we do not harden the heart but rather we bring the soul, tender by grief, to receive the sweet influences of our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ in order to find grace and peace in the God of all consolation.
Open your heart to the Father, so that in this hour and in the coming days, He may minister His healing into your heart, mind and spirit. Our heavenly Father has promised to be "nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit" (Psalm 34:18)
We stand with you as family and will continually support and uphold you in prayer. Please let us know if there is anything that you need, as you allow the Lord to fill every void and strengthen every weak place. Yours in Christ Jesus, Rev. Arthur Grier and Rev. Grace Grier Martin Street Church of God
