My sweet Alicia,
There is no star brighter than you! Your love and friendship always burned so bright for those around you. There was never a time you did not bring a smile to my face. Your words of courage and comfort always did the trick on a rough day.
Thank you for loving me as one of your own and encouraging me to fight for what I want and what I believe in.
You quickly became a mentor to me being so early in my career. I will always carry your spirit of faith and hope and follow our Mighty Savior as he directs my path.
Love you always, Jamey (Boo)
Alicia was a shining star—her presence radiated warmth, kindness, and joy. She had a remarkable way of lifting spirits and making everyone around her feel seen and appreciated. Whether through her laughter, her compassion, or her unwavering positivity, Alicia left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Her love for her family was the heart of who she was. She spoke of them often and with such pride and affection. It was clear that they were her greatest joy and source of strength.
Alicia's absence leaves a profound void in our hearts and in our community. She will be truly and deeply missed—not only for the incredible colleague she was, but for the beautiful soul she shared so generously with us all.
May her light continue to shine in the memories we hold and the kindness we carry forward in her honor.
"Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him." James 1:12 Known as Alicia to her work family, Lisa to her immediate family, and referred to as Queen universally, she always brought forth light with her exuberant smile. Despite the many trials she endured, she always responded with "I can't complain", never letting cancer tip her tiara-one of our little quips we used to share. While she battled against illness, she ultimately won the war! Using her own words-"I'm leaning on God. I'm more than a conqueror!" I know she traded in her earthly tiara for a crown of righteousness on June 24, 2025 when she met her Lord and Savior and heard His words, "well done good and faithful servant". Alicia was a warrior, a wonderful wife/mother/family member/friend/professional, and an incredible woman of God. To Rod, she loved you fiercely. To her kiddos, she loved you endlessly. Continuing to pray for His comfort, peace, and guidance over you all. My sincerest condolences and love to you all!
To the family of our sweet Alicia, I pray that the precious memories of Alicia's warm smile, kindness and joy remain in your hearts forever. She was a pleasure to work with, a truly bright light in every meeting. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
Continuing to give thanks for Alicia's abiding faith, rugged perseverance, shining light, and joyful spirit. It was a pleasure and a joy to know and work with her, and she will be terribly missed.
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
