Obituary For Aisha Kihara Johnson

Ms. Aisha Johnson is the daughter of Robbie (Alvin) Walker and the late Cornelius Johnson. She was born April 16, 1978 in Greensboro, Georgia, and transitioned July 30, 2025.

Aisha attended church at Mt. Pleasant Baptist during her early years of life. She started school as a student in the Greene County School System and later moved to Gainesville, Ga., where she attended high school. During her adult years, she worked at several personal care homes, restaurants and stores where she also took the enjoyment of cooking.

Aisha leaves behind three children two daughters: Shermaya Johnson and Sanaya Barnes and one son: Shermarcus Barnes; along with three granddaughters: Nova Johnson, Lorynn McCommons and Nyla McCommons. She also leaves her nieces, Erica Jordan and Lyric Jordan and nephew, Christopher Reid. Also left to honor her memories are her sisters: Valencia Reid, Jessica (Reginald) Barnett, Vera (Howard) Gresham and brothers: Dallas (Ebony) Walker, Travis Johnson, Ricky (Lisa) Johnson, Mac (Sherri) Johnson, Edward (Judy) Johnson, Cornelius Johnson, Jr., David Johnson, and Joseph Johnson; her nieces (14), her nephews (20), her aunts (2) Peggie Alaji and Winnie Reid, cousins and a lot of other relatives and friends.
