Annie Hall was born on January 3rd, 1957 to Annie Kate Ward and Maso Mitchell in Monroe, Georgia. Annie departed this life on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Athens, Georgia.
Annie attended Greene County High School and was a devout Jehovah’s Witness. She spent most of her life as a CNA and was also a substitute teacher.
Annie was preceded in death by her husband Charles Hall, Jr., her mother Annie Kate Ward, her father Maso Mitchell; also three sisters Blondean Ward, Juanita Ward and Bernice Ward; one brother Charles Ward.
Annie leaves to cherish her memory six sons: Stevie (Chandrea) Ward, Christopher (Jackie) Ward, Nicolas Ward, Brian (Gabriella) Allen, Shannon Allen, & Jeremy Ward; sisters: Mary Lois Adams (Lester), Christine Twilley (Carl), Tammy Jarrells (Tony), Josephine Ward, Faye Ruff (Patrick), Sheila Ward, Tracy Lewis, Pamela Ward, Valerie Ward, Kameka Ward Sheree Carreker (Dale), and Tracy Smith (Darrell); four brothers: James Ward, Kenny Ward, Joseph Ward and Tony Ward. Annie also leaves a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and many friends.
