Bernice K. Robbins was born July 28, 1939 to the late Calvin Kimbrough and Ida Belle Rowland in Greensboro, Ga.
Bernice attended the Greene County Public School System.
Bernice was a very thoughtful and caring person, who loves her family dearly. She was wife, mother, a grandmother and a great-great grandmother. She cherished every moment with her family. She always made everyone feel loved and special.
She was preceded in death by her husband Willie Grant Robbins, Sr., her son John Wesley Robbins and a brother Charlie Rowland.
On August 12, 2026, Bernice transitioned peacefully at Piedmont Hospital in Athens, Ga.
Bernice leaves to cherish her memories: her children: Priscilla Robbins (Emilio), Willie Grant Robbins, Jr, Tony Lee Robbins, Brenda Anne Robbins, Sherrell Marie Robbins and Latrena Michelle Griffin (Stevey); grandchildren: Jerrell and Jeremy Griffin, Sequenna Robbins and Makia Robbins Woodruff (Gaddis); great-grandchildren: Kevon Brown, Gabriona and Makyn Woodruff, Sean, Aidan, Avery and Saige Griffin; sisters: Lula Mae Brewer, Rosie Rhodes (Marion), Betty Rowland, Linda Mapp and Doris Champion; a host of sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
