Clarence M. Jarrell was born January 28, 1952 to the late George and Cleo Jarrell in Siloam, Georgia. He was one of nine siblings, six of whom preceded him in death: George, Leon, Annie, Margaret, Marjorie, Nettie and Cola.
He went to Greene County Schools and that is where he graduated and then joined the United States Army. Later when he came home on leave, he met his wife Lena Smith in Alabama. To this union there were no children. He enjoyed a little traveling and did all kinds of work mostly with his hands.
He leaves to cherish his memories two sisters: Georgia Mae Hall of Siloam, Georgia and Bonnie Allison (Donnie) of Statesville, North Carolina. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
