Obituary For Crystal Greene Heath
Mrs. Crystal Greene -Heath was born in Manhattan, New York July 3, 1969 to the parentage of the late Clifford & Gracie Greene.
Crystal was a 1987 graduate of Greene County High School. After graduating from high school, she proudly answered the call to serve her country, dedicating five years of service to the United States Coast Guard. She served with honor and commitment leaving behind a legacy of dedication and service.
On May 9, 2009 Crystal united in marriage to Lorenza, her devoted husband of 17 years.
Crystal departed from her earthly life to enter into rest Thursday, July 16, 2026 in the care of Pruitt Health Augusta. She will always be remembered with love by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Clifford and Gracie Greene and two siblings, Keith Mitchell and Deborah Douglas.
Crystal leaves to cherish her precious memories: her husband, Lorenza Heath of Sparta, GA; her son Jontae Peaks of Durham, North Carolina; eight bonus children through her union to Lorenza, Lakeshia Horne of Milledgeville, GA, De ’Undre Heath, Marquez Heath, De ’Montre Heath, and Ke ’Monta Heath all of Crawfordsville, GA, O ’Morion Heath, Malik Heath, and Tatiyanna Heath all of Greensboro, GA; two brothers, Pharaoh Ra of Ohio and Gregory (Brenda) Mitchell of Athens, GA; she gained eight beloved brothers -in -law and sisters -in -law, Ella (Lee) Rhodes, Marianna (Vincent) Boyd, and Vinsan (Edith) Gwinn all of Atlanta, GA, Cheryl (Larry) Webb, Carolyn Wilson, Louise Heath, and Michael (Stephanie) Heath all of Sparta, GA, and Shirley (Roosevelt) Herrington of Augusta, GA; two uncles, Walter (Anneleas) Greene and Herman Greene both of White Plains, GA; one aunt, Mae Greene of New Jersey, her cherished family dog Rex, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who loved her deeply and treasured the memories they shared with her.
Funeral service will be Saturday, July 25, 2026 from the Springfield Baptist Church 3374 Springfield Rd. Sparta, GA at 2pm.

Crystal was a kind and caring person whose warmth touched everyone she met. She had a beautiful spirit, a generous heart, and a way of making people feel loved and valued. Her friendship was a gift, and her loyalty, compassion, and kindness will never be forgotten.
I will miss our conversations on the phone and celebrating Cinco de Mayo.
We will be there for Jay as we know you would do the same for Kennedy.
