Danny Griffin fell asleep in death on October 4, 2025, at St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in Greensboro, Georgia. He was 75 years old.
Danny was born on August 31, 1950, in Union Point, Georgia, to the late John and Minnie Mae Griffin. He was preceded in death by his siblings: Charlene Griffin, Ralph Griffin, Cohen Banks, Randy Griffin, Kate Moss and his beloved son, Saul Menachem Griffin.

Danny will also be remembered by his sister Jacqueline (Ronnie) Allen and his brothers Henry & Tracy Griffin, along with thirteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and close family friends.
In 1969, Danny was drafted into the United States Army where he served as a Military Policeman until he was honorably discharged in 1974.
Later in life, Danny became known for his deep love for Jehovah and his remarkable ability to connect with anyone, anywhere, Danny touched the lives of many. He was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on October 25, 1992—a turning point that shaped the rest of his life. His faith was the foundation of everything he did, guiding him as a husband, father, and friend.
Danny was admired for his humility, kindness, and his constant willingness to help others. He also possessed a remarkable breadth of knowledge, fueled by his lifelong love of reading and passion for learning. He found great joy in sharing Bible truths and encouraging others to draw closer to Jehovah. Whether offering a listening ear, a warm meal, or a word of spiritual encouragement, he embodied quiet strength and genuine hospitality.
He will be remembered for his steady example, his love for people, and his spiritual endurance. Though his presence will be deeply missed, his family and friends take comfort in the hope found at John 5:28, 29: “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.”
Until that promised day, Danny's memory will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
