Ms. Earlene Cheeley was born on April 10, 1952. Ms. Cheeley departed this this earthly on October 21, 2025. She was preceded in death by her father Emory Cheeley, brother Emory Lewis and her niece Kristy Lewis. Ms. Cheeley attended Archard High School and graduated valedictorian of her class of 1968. She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta Ga.

Earlene Cheeley (Granny) leaves to cherish her memory: her sister Ellena Cheeley; two daughters: Shontay Thomas and Lashonrita Cheeley; four grandchildren: Emory Jackson, Malikai Braddy, Makiya Braddy and Trinity Thomas Jr.; one niece, a host of uncles, aunts, family and close friends.

Ms. enjoyed music, dancing, playing cards, having family and friends gatherings at her home and most of all cooking for her kids and grandchildren.

Service: Watts Funeral Home Chapel, Monday October 27, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Tommy Hall, Eulogist.
