Obituary For Elaine Brown Rhodes
Mrs. Elaine B. Rhodes was born on August 11, 1948 to the proud parents Mr. & Mrs. Grady & Marie Brown. Both parents, 5-sisters and 3-brothers preceded her in death.
Elaine was married to her husband, Mr. Bobby Lee Rhodes on August 10, 1965. In this union of marriage, a family of 8 children were born, 4 children preceded her in death; Bobby Jr., Robert, Shilisa & Timothy Rhodes. She enjoyed cooking, and taking care of others & talking to others about God’s word.
She dedicated her life to Jehovah June 23, 2009 she served as a loyal member of the religious organization of Jehovah’s Witnesses, teaching the Bible lifesaving messages to all that would listen for 13 years.
Mrs. Elaine Brown Rhodes, passed away on March 14, 2023. She leaves to cherish her memories her loving husband of 58 years. Mr. Bobby Lee Rhodes, 4-children, 5-sisters, 2-brothers; children: Tempy (Maurice); Ada Marie, Jerry Deleon, Barbara (Jones); Sister: Annie Lee & Bernice both of Atlanta, Ga., Corine (Douglas) Athens, Ga., Doris, Washington D.C., Linda (James) South Carolina; Brothers: Grady, Baltimore, Maryland, John Grimes, Athens, Ga.; 9- grandchildren, 26- great grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
