Obituary For Mollie Barnes
Mollie Barnes, born to the late Wyatt Hardin and Phyllis Culver-Hardin on December 25, 1933, in Sparta, Georgia, peacefully transitioned from this life on Saturday, November 30, 2024.
Mollie gave her life to Christ at a young age and carried her faith with her throughout her life. She was united in marriage to Timothy Barnes, and together they raised a loving family.
Mollie leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion, cherished by her one daughter and eight sons (one deceased). She is also survived by her sister, a sister-in-law, daughters-in-law, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
Mollie's warmth, strength, and faith will continue to inspire all who knew her. She will be deeply missed, but her love and spirit will live on through her family and the many lives she touched.
Service: Saturday, December 7, 2024 from Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Sparta.
