Obituary For Nathaniel Scott

Mr. Nathaniel Scott was born on November 25, 1980, in Augusta, Georgia, to the late Ms. Mary Lou Scott and Mr. Barry Harris. On January 31, 2026, he entered into eternal rest.

Nathaniel attended Greene-Taliaferro County School and was employed at Come Away Plantations for many years. He gave his heart freely to everyone he met and was known as a loving and kind person who brought smiles to countless faces.

Nathaniel was preceded in death by his parents, Ms. Mary Lou Scott and Mr. Barry Harris, stepfather, Arthur Seals Jr., one aunt, Inell Thornton, two uncles; Henry Scott and K.C. Thornton, and two nephews; Montravious Dawson and Kentravious Dawson.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories, siblings; Tarheild Scott (Ronell Young), Demetrius Scott (Jamaal Davis), Sherree (Johnny) Lawson, Tiwanada (Travis) Harris Gresham, Barry (Denise) Harris, Jr., Symekos Harris, Sondra Harris (Anthony Derrico), Miracle Harris, special friend Cathy Short. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Service: Sunday February 15, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. from St. Paul Baptist Church, Crawfordville, Ga with Rev. T. Turner, Eulogist.
