Osborne E. Dennis, Sr. passed away on March 25, 2024. He was a beloved Father, Husband, and Friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Osborne was born on November 23, 1944 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late: Samuel Lee and Marietta Dennis. Osborne was a veteran of the Vietnam War, and was honored with a Purple Heart for his Bravery and Humility.
After honorably serving in the Army. Osborne return to Atlanta where he married Bernice Dennis on September 2, 1966 and together, they started a family. He had a career in the Trucking industry. He was also an entrepreneur and was owner and founder of Dennis Construction. He joined Flat Rock Baptist Church after his wife passed and made many friends through the church. He was a private and guarded man, but once he got to know you, you were a friend for life. He was a generous person that gave from the heart, a man of few words but his generosity spoke volumes about who he was.
Osborne hobbies included - gardening, raising livestock, watching Braves baseball and watching old western tv shows.
Osborne is preceded in death by his wife Bernice Dennis. He survived by: his daughter: Tonya Dennis; his sons: Osborne Dennis Jr. and Andre Dennis; grandsons: Christopher Dennis, Kzon Dennis, Javonte Dennis and granddaughter: Syretta Hardnett. He also leaves great grands, other siblings, nieces /nephews and friends.
His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.

I was shocked to learn of the passing of Mr. Dennis I met him at Davita Dialysis clinic as a patient. He was such a friendly guy. His generosity was so nice at Christmas giving a gift to to all the patients such as myself.I'm praying for all the family in this difficult time
