Obituary For Otis Brewer
Otis Brewer, Jr. was born on February 17, 1948 to the late Otis Brewer, Sr. and Marlene Willis Brewer in the Veazy Community of Greene County, Georgia.
Sunny Boy, as he was affectionately called, attended the Greene County Public School System. He joined County Line AME Church at an early age. He was employed at for several years as a Logger. He then went to work at the Rock Quarry until he retired.
On December 3, 2025, Otis transitioned peacefully at Green Point Health and Rehab in Union Point, Ga.
Otis leaves to cherish his memory: his children Pamela Brewer of Greensboro, Ga., Scottie Williams (Ethel) of Woodville, Ga., Michael Brewer (Chiquita) of Gwinnett Cty, Ga., Toledo Smith of Atlanta, Ga. and Dreyfus Latimore, Sr. of Milledgeville, Ga; two grandchildren Michael C. Evans, Sr. and Dreyfus Latimore, Jr. and a host of other relatives and friends.
Service: 1:00 P.M., Monday, December 8, 2025 from The Chapel at Watts Funeral Home, Union Point, Georgia 30669 with Rev. J. L. Nunnally, Officiating.
