This one hit me hard. Tiffany "Tip/Winnie" Webb was my cousin and we were close growing up. She was like my sister. A sister that I never had being an only child. And I know that she's with The Most High. I pray that The Lord continues to keep her wrapped up in his hands. And that she rests well in his arms. I will always love her. And love the family. - Kincaid
