Obituary For Travis Bolden

Travis Bolden was born on October 21, 1983 to the late Maggie Bolden and the late Willie Lunceford at Minnie G. Boswell in Greensboro, Ga.

Travis was a member of the 2002 Class of Greene County High School. He joined the workforce later in life and became a skilled and dedicated worker. Travis was known for his radiant smile. While he loved family, food and having fun, dancing was the gift that carried his laughter and was the most authentic expression of who he was.

Travis final rest from this side came on May 27, 2076, after battling various illnesses. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Joshua and his grandparents.

Travis leaves behind memories imprinted in the hearts and minds of his family: the person who was his everything was his one and only son Traquavis; his siblings: Chad, Dwayne, Shonetta, Syretta, Jaquavius, David, Lisa, Erika, Michelle and Monique; he also leaves aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Travis’ friendly nature led him to encounter diverse people and he was warmly embraced wherever his feet tread. Throughout his life, he loved his hometown of Greene County, especially Woodville and Union Point.

Service was Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. from Randolph Baptist Church, Union Point, Ga. with Minister Chris Ward, Eulogist.
