Vislisha Ann Brown was born into this world in Greensboro, Ga to Willie and Annie Webb. She was the forth child to come out of this union.
"Moosie" as she was affectionately called by family and friends attended school in the Greene County School System, she completed her education at Job Corps of Atlanta. Through her various fields of work, she accumulated lifelong friendships. Everyone knew "Moosie Webb", her storytelling would have you rolling with laughter. Who couldn't laugh when "A Girl like me" was around? Those memories will last a lifetime.
Virlisha was baptized at Ebenezer Methodist Church in Greensboro Ga, however more recently she had begun to study to become a Jehovah's Witness.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Annie.
Living with her memories are her siblings Michael Goss, Emma Evans, Viranda (Alfonzo) West, Cheryl Price and Cedric Webb. Her nieces and nephews who she loved like her own; TeQuila, Terrence, TaJuan, Mecielia, Tiffany, Colton, Byron, and DeMarea. Cousins Jeanette Cochran, and Betty Joe Griggs, friends Miriam Walker, Dorothy Shelton and her longtime partner Melvin Thomas. A host of family, and friends.
