I know that I'm 3 plus years late, but unfortunately I just found out this sad news last night. I had been searching for Allyson for the past 4 years, to no avail I was unsuccessful.
Allyson and I met in 2000, as we worked together at Indymac Bank, in Atlanta,GA. We worked side-by-side in the same department for several years. There was never a dull moment with us, as we spent a lot of our time talking, laughing, and cracking jokes! She was hilarious!
When I think about my dear friend Allyson, a few things come to mind. Not too long after meeting, one of my many nicknames was, "sis", as that's what she called many of her close friends. Allyson loved her family, shopping, walking the mall, and even walked the grocery store during her lunch break. You could always find her nibbling on salads, toffee peanuts, and pork rinds, as she was very health conscious, and was ALWAYS watching her carbs....always! Lol
To know Allyson is to know that she was always put together, from her red lipstick, red fingernails, and her beautiful hair that was always on point. A diva she was!
I'm going to miss my friend terribly, but I feel so very blessed to have known her for the past 23 years. She was a true friend indeed!
My most sincere condolences go out to all of her family and friends.
Until we meet again. I love you, "Sis"!
