Ms. Frankie Ann Rogers was born August 21,1945. She was the eighth child of the late Rev. Clemon and Mattie Rogers. She graduated from Norris High School in Attalla, Al.1963. Frankie worked as a nurse at the veterans hospital in Decatur, Ga for 33 ½ years. Serving veterans. She was preceding in life the late Rev. Clemon Rogers and Mattie Rogers. Her brothers Eddie Garlington of Attalla, AL, Clemon Rogers of Gadsden AL, James Walter Garlington of North Fork, VA, Roy Rogers of Atlanta GA, Sisters, Beatrice Rasberry, Altoona AL, Catherine Harris, Gadsden, AL She leaves to Mourn A Daughter Mattie Rogers, Altoona AL, Granddaughter Alexandra Hagler Altoona, Al, Sisters, Lucille Marbury, Attalla, AL, And Estella Rogers, Altoona, AL, and a family full of love for Her.

Graveside service will be 12:00 noon Monday, November 24,2025 Rainbow Memorial. Brother Eddie Whitson, Officiating.
