West Gadsden announces the passing of Mrs. Kathrine Bothwell, 79, of Ashville, AL who passed away Saturday, February 7, 2026, at her Residence. Mrs. Bothwell is survived by her loving family. We ask that you please keep this family in your heart and prayers during their time of bereavement.
In person signing of the book and viewing will be 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 13, 2026 with a family hour 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of West Gadsden Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 14, 2026 at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 33620 US-231, Ashville, AL 35953. Burial Ashville city cemetery. Pastor Gary Robinson, Officiating.
