Obituary For Mr. Warren Diamonte Quintez' Henry
West Gadsden- Announces the passing of Mr. Warren Henry, 33 of Gadsden, passed away Monday, September 1, 2025.
Warren Diamonte Quintez' Henry was born on July 23,1992 in Gadsden, AL to Carolyn D. Henry & Jacques P. Smith.
He gave his life to Christ at an early age and he loved, loved, loved the Lord.
He attended Gadsden City High School, class of 2010.
Warren was an excellent public speaker, best known for the infamous Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, “I Have A Dream” speech. He was known to be a guest at many churches during Black History Month reciting this speech with so much compassion and strength. He also participated in playing parts in local plays around the city.
Warren was a very respectful, caring, loving, gentle giant. He loved people and he loved to bring laughter with him everywhere he went. He loved singing, fishing and selling cars. He had the “gift of gab” and he used it well. He was loved by many people and will be missed greatly.
He is preceded in death by: his grandmother, Minnie L. Harville.
Warren leaves to cherish his beautiful memories to: His mother, Carolyn D. Henry; father, Jacques P. Smith; children, Warren Diamonte Quintez Henry Jr., Ta’Liyah Annalise Henry, and Jaxon Warren Henry; grandmother, Cynthia Sanders; sisters, Jocelyn Madden, Donquesia Roberson, Kayla (Jeffery) Hamilton and Brandi Calloway; brother, Jalen (Jazmine) Dees; aunts, Sandra D. Henry, Violet Smith and Amy Smith; uncle, Anthony Smith; god-mother, Bishop Tonya Latham; special friends, class of 2010 and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Public viewing will be from 12noon-5pm, Friday, September 5, 2025 at West Gadsden Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 2:00pm on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at The Venue at Coosa Landing, 201 George Wallace Drive, Gadsden, AL 35903; Eulogist: Bishop Tonya Latham

My condolence to the Family of Warren may God bring you peace l used to stay next door to Warren when he was just a little boy with a grown person personality. And so will mannerable. And a lot of respect yes ma'am.No, ma'am how you doing today?He was just very variable. And can sing lord he was. Just an humble person he had a lot of respect for other's His smile. His respect will be truly missed. I was at the car lot.About 2 weeks ago, he came out with a big smile.How you doing miss Cathy and a big huge i'm truly going to miss him. I am so sorry to hear of Warren's passing. I had the pleasure of getting to know him during our high school years. He was a year behind me but we were in choir together and from the moment I met him, Warren was definitely a bright light and always a joy to be around. I also got a chance to witness his powerful oratorical and theatrical skills, just a few of his many talents. I am praying for the peace and comfort of his family including his mother and beautiful children. ❤️

Warren, we hear the phrase you @#$% the city up with this one, you literally did. I can't remember in life where we crossed paths, but when we did, it was up! I adopted you as my little brother and it was love and a vibe when we saw each other! Leo gang! God we thank you for loaning us this vibrant, outstanding, loveable, teddy bear, gentle giant for 33 years. We loved him, but you loved him more. Ms.Carolyn, the children, family, and friends you have my deepest condolences and prayers. Love you forever BIG Hen get your rest brother and truly you will missed!

Warren was such a kind and funny person. We used to crack jokes at Smeltzer. I even went to see him at ACM to buy my son a car, when I found out he worked there. He was so patient, and full of life. You will be missed, my friend. Praying for this family and especially his little ones. May God comfort you through your time of grief, provide strength and peace, and wrap you in His loving arms, during this difficult time.

I'm so sorry for the loss of such a Precious soul. Warren was one of the sweetest and most Precious people I have ever meet! A lot of memories with my kids when they were in their youth. Praying 🙏 for the family.
