Mrs. Cassandra B. Wilson, 48, Gadsden, passed away Friday, February 11, 2022 at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Cassandra Wilson was born on January 10,1974 in St. Clair County to the late Ernest Brewster & Cellamae Mostella Brewster. She was a graduate of Ragland High School. She loved playing games on her phone, talking on the phone to her family, sewing, and she was a peopleβs person.
Mother Cassandra Wilson joined the Attalla #2 A.O.H Church of God under the leadership of Overseer Ada Lee where she received the gift of the Holy Ghost. She served the church Faithfully being a member of the choir, a Deaconess, and Shepherd Mother. She loved the Lord most of all and had love for her pastor and church family.
She is preceded in death by: her parents, Ernest Brewster & Cellamae Mostella Brewster; Grandfather, Girskin Mostella; Grandmother, Bessie Whisenant; Aunt, Dorothy Kimble, Frances Byers, and Betty Hudgins; Uncles, Erskin Mostella Jr, and Edward Mostella.
She leaves to cherish her memories to: Her husband, Ernest Wilson; Daughters, Aleana Wilson, Wanda Vines, and Avenna Vines; Sons, Quintrius Swann and Michael Vines; Step-mother, Mrs. Effie Brewster; Sisters, Margaret (Willie) Scott of Ragland, AL, Sharon (Jeffery) Wyatt of Gadsden, AL; Brothers, Fredrick Williams and Khalil Williams, both of Gadsden, AL; Grandchildren, Mario Davis, Tamarcus Davis, and Demarcus Davis, all of Gadsden, AL; In-Laws, Samuel (Willie Ann) Wilson and Geraldine Major, both of Gadsden, AL, Louis (Annette Wilson, Cheryl (Paul) Williams, both of Attalla, AL, and Josephine Bennie) Bonner of Russellville, AL; Nieces & Nephews, Jarod Scott (Ragland) Jasmine (Xavier) Snow (Gadsden) Shanice Williams (Auburn), Keyonia Williams, KeShawn Williams, Jaylen Williams and Jada Williams, all from Gadsden, AL; Aunts, Alice (Samuel) Williams, Emma (Howard) Mostella, Edith (Ervin) Herrings, Angela (Beddo) Torres, Allison Gillispie, Fannie (James) Forman, Geraldine (Joe) Thomas, Patricia (Anthony) Pippeb, Francina Walker and Pinkie Brewster; Uncles, Robert Mostella, Hermon (Sylvia) Mostella, Phonied (Michelle) Mostella, Jimmy Mostella, James Mostella, Wallace (Elaine) Brewster, Ulyss (Novella) Brewster, Rickey (Constance) Brewster, and Leroy Brewster Jr. A host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Public viewing will be Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 12noon-6pm.
Funeral services will be 12 Noon Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Greater Grace Church. 977 Formans Drive Ashville, Al. Eulogist: Overseer Ada Lee.
