Vincent “Vince” Earl Rolley was born April 1, 1973, in Gadsden, Alabama, to the late Betty Jean Rolley and Herschel “H.L.” Wyatt. On September 21, 2026, at the young age of 53, Vincent departed this life, leaving behind a family who loved him immeasurably and a legacy that will continue through generations. To know Vince was to know a man who loved God, loved his family fiercely, worked hard, laughed often, dressed well, and believed that anything worth having was worth giving your very best. His faith was the foundation of his life. A member of 16th Street Baptist Church since 1984, Vince believed that whatever life placed in front of you, prayer was the place to begin. He started his days with God and carried that faith into the way he led, loved, encouraged, and cared for those around him. Vince earned an Associate Degree in Business Management from Gadsden State Community College and spent the last 15 years working at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International in Vance, Alabama. Hard work was not simply something Vince did; it was part of who he was. He believed the world owed no one anything and that if you wanted something, you worked for it. You planned. You persevered. You gave it everything you had. Giving up and doing anything halfway simply were not options. But for all that Vince accomplished, his greatest pride was his family. For 32 years, Vince shared his life with his wife, Stalecia Dixon Rolley, 29 of those years in marriage. They would have celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on February 14, 2027. Vince loved his wife openly, proudly, and deeply. His devotion to her was one of the clearest examples he gave his daughters of what love could look like; not simply spoken, but lived. Being a father was one of Vince's greatest joys. He was the proud father of two daughters, Deonna Love, married to Oscar Love, and Aeril Rolley. He showed up. For accomplishments large and small, important moments and ordinary ones, Vince wanted to be there. He pushed his daughters to work hard, stand firm, think for themselves, and become everything he knew they were capable of becoming. His standards were high because his belief in them was even higher. Then came his grandchildren, and Vince found another way to love. He was the proud granddaddy of Antonius Love, Anquarius Love, Oryunna Love, Onalora Love, and Eiland Rolley. His grandchildren brought him tremendous joy, but his bond with each and every one of them was beautiful to witness. Vince would have given his last for his grandchildren, but perhaps more importantly, his family watched him live for them. He became more mindful of his health, exercised, changed his diet, and worked to model the kind of person he wanted them to become. That was Vince. He was a provider, a leader, an adviser, a storyteller, and often the life of the party. If you needed a plan, you called Vince. If you needed the truth, you called Vince. If you needed motivation, biblical wisdom, a listening ear, a good laugh, or simply someone willing to sit beside you when there were no right words, you called Vince. Somehow, he always knew what to say. And on the rare occasions when he didn't, he knew how to make his silence say enough. His laughter was unmistakable, his smile unforgettable, and his sense of humor could find light even in dibicult moments. Vince could take the worst situation, turn it into a story, and somehow have everyone laughing by the end. He loved music, dancing, football, grilling, traveling, learning, making money, and, perhaps almost as much as his family, looking good while doing it. Vince had style entirely his own. Polo, True Religion, a good watch, and cologne were staples, but trends never dictated what he wore. If Vince thought it looked good, Vince wore it; and somehow, it usually did. He was charismatic, unique, always smelled good, and rarely entered a room without making his presence known. Above everything else, however, Vince was a family man. He loved through action. He provided. He communicated. He went the extra mile. He popped up. He kept his word. If Vince told you he was going to do something, you could expect it to be done. Everything he worked for was ultimately about giving his family opportunities he had not always had himself and watching the people he loved become everything they were capable of being. He taught his loved ones that God and family come first. Plan for the future. Think for yourself. Stand your ground. Work for what you want. Never do anything halfway. Smile even when life hurts. And never assume tomorrow is promised when there is living to be done today. Vince was preceded in death by his brother, Stanley (Stephanie) Rolley. He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Stalecia Dixon Rolley; daughters, Deonna (Oscar) Love and Aeril Rolley; grandchildren, Antonius Love, Anquarius Love, Oryunna Love, Onalora Love, and Eiland Rolley; siblings, Lynn (Barry) Byers, Angela RolleySpain, and Pamela Rolley-Crawford; sister-in-law, Stephanie Rolley; Rayana Coleman, whom he loved and embraced as a daughter; and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. There will never be another Vince. But there will always be evidence that he was here. It will live in the family traditions he protected, the work ethic he instilled, the laughter he gave freely, the faith he practiced daily, the promises he kept, and the people who are better because he loved them. It will live in his daughters. It will live in his grandchildren. It will live every time someone he taught refuses to give up, works a little harder, loves their family a little deeper, starts with prayer, keeps their word, or finds a reason to laugh even when life hurts. And perhaps that is the greatest measure of a man's life: not simply how long he was here, but how much of him remains when he is gone. Vince leaves behind a great deal. His family will miss his wisdom, his jokes, his smile, his presence, his guidance, his laughter, and the comfort of knowing he was only a phone call away. But they will carry with them the certainty with which Vince ended so many of those phone calls:
“I love you. Kisses.” And they will love him, always, too.

Stalecia, my heart and prayers go out to you and your family during this difficult time. Vincent had such a wonderful personality and always knew how to make you laugh. His love for his family was evident and I'm grateful I had the opportunity to work with him. He will truly be missed. I'm praying that God gives you strength, comfort and peace in the days ahead.
I've known Vince since the very beginning. Since the day he and my best friend first met, I was right there. And from that day forward, he made it his personal mission to diagnose my love life. He'd look at my living room, shake his head, and say, "Shoney, the reason you don't have a man is that coffee table. It's too close to the couch. Somebody comes in, sits down, bam, knees busted. That's why you ain't got nobody." Every single time. Like that coffee table was the great obstacle standing between me and true love. And I'd laugh every single time, because that was Vince. He could turn the smallest thing into a whole routine, and somehow you never got tired of hearing it.😂😂 But here's what I know. When I look at his daughters, when I see those grandkids, I see him. Not just in their faces, but in the way they love. That sweet, warm, kind way he had about him, it didn't go anywhere. It's right there in them. Every time one of them cracks a joke, every time one of them looks out for somebody, that's Vince. That's him, still going, still showing up through the people he raised and the people he loved. And I think that's the thing about Vince. He'd tell you your coffee table was ruining your life, but he'd also be the first one at your door when you needed him. That's who he was. Funny, loud, and full of love. And that love doesn't disappear. It just moves into the next generation, and the next, and the next.
That's Vince. And I'm so glad I got to know him from day one.
Deepest Condolences to the family and may the Heavenly Father comfort 🙏🏽 you always love you all

I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet Vincent while working at MBUSI for many years. During the football season, we would meet every Monday morning and have our play by play discussion and talk about how much we love God and our family. He was truly a real friend and a true man of God. I looked at him and his wife like they were my sister and brother. He will truly be missed. Love you my brother until we meet again.
