It was always a pleasure to have conversations with Deacon Sheriff on Sundays at Rohelia MB Church. The Deacon's Corner will definitely have an absence especially without his sayings, "Cmon on Up Son" or "Stick with it" to the Preacher(s). He will no longer have to wonder if the light from the Lighthouse will shine when he sung. He is already in the Tower of Heaven. God Bless, our thoughts and prayers are with you. The Porter Family

Deacon Sheriff was an honorable man. I have known him all my adult life. He never changed. He and his late wife were always willing to help others. He demonstrated being a man of God. We spoke on the phone just recently, always giving encouragement. We need more individuals like him. Our sincere condolences to his wonderful family. May God grant each of you peace and understanding at this difficult time. Jo Gregory & Family
