I offer prayers and condolences to Mrs.Coleman's family. I worked with her at Jim Hill High School. She was a lovely coworker. Again, condolences.
She touch so many in life may you RIP
A good teacher makes you a better student, a great teacher makes you a better person. Mrs. Colman was that for me by helping me harness my rebellious energy and by preparing me for life after high school. I still have fond memories of our many after class conversations/discussions. She was much more than a teacher to me. She was also a mentor, confidante and life coach.
Ms. Coleman was most helpful and my favorite teacher at Jim Hill she was more than a teacher to most of the student there she more like a mother to most of us there. She will truly be missed. Berlinda Aldridge Prewitt
May the peace of God embrace and strengthen each of you in this time of sorrow. We will remember the smiles, laughter, and kindness Delphine shared and always be grateful to God for her presence with us over the years. May God bless these moments of remembrance.
It is difficult to articulate the depth of the sorrow you are experiencing. I pray that you find solace and strength during this incredibly challenging period. May divine guidance illuminate your path when it seems obscured, and may you discover tranquility even when it feels distant. Please accept my heartfelt condolences to you and your family.
I met Ms. Coleman while she served as a teacher in Michigan. She was a delight to work with; she always had a smile and a story. She loved people, especially young people. Delphine would attend after-school in activities to support the students. There was nothing she wouldn't do to support and encourage her students. She was a "bright light" everywhere she went. We thank God for sharing Delphine Coleman with us. I am sending strength to her family.
My condolences to the family. Ms. Coleman was truly a long time educator. She was at Jim Hill when I was there which is Class 1980. I pray God will bless the family. Jessie Austin Pamplin

Delphine was a beautiful soul. She could call me Sarge from a block away, and I would know it was her. She and I started the dance team at Mt Clemens HS. My beautiful sister take your rest.
My condolences to the family of Mrs. Coleman. She was not only a highly capable teacher, meaning she helped her students learn the material she was sharing; she held us to a high standard behaviorally. I also appreciated her engagement with us in non-classroom activities such as Kaleidoscope and ball games. She was truly a professional educator and woman of great integrity.

I would have loved to talk to you. I think it was 1978 when I did. I think of you from time to time. I'm sorry you are gone. You motivated me to do well. You were so hard to do well with on our test that I just had to do well. Thanks for showing me I could do it. Sorry to all of her friends and family.
Mrs Colman entered my life as a teacher at Mt Clemens High School in Michigan I can say she was my real life guardian angel in regards to my education. She took me under her wing and mentored me throughout my high school years. She then helped support me and fellow classmates to take a trip and visit Jackson State University where we would go on to attend. She was only one call away and would put me in my place if needed.
