To the family of Dr Bennye Henderson..... I send my sincerest and deepest condolences to you during this time of bereavement. I was a student of hers at JSU as a Biology/ Pre-Med Major '72-'76......and she was so knowledgeable, kind, firm and friendly professor in the Biology Dept. I learned SOOOOO much in the classes I took under her instruction; any biology- pre-med will tell you, when you came out of Dr. Hendersons' class....You " knew" the path of the blood from the heart, thru the systemic system, back to the heart.....to the point, that if you were awaken at 4a.m., you could repeat, at the drop of a hat!!! She taught you that to the "T"! Thank you Dr Henderson for all you being the magnificent instructor you were to me in my biology/ science teaching career.
