Family, God uses both easy and hard paths to grow His people and bring Him glory. God is building our faith through every test, whether easy or hard. When life is easy rest in Him. When life is hard, let Him carry you.He is enough for every test. Please know Genuine gratitude is more than an occasional word we offer; It's the posture of our lives .Gratitude turns us to God over and over again, always giving thanks in celebration. Be Very Careful ,then how you live..always giving thanks to God.[Ephesians 5:15,20] Mrs. Evelyn was an Awesome, Amazing Usher,Attentive to the needs of others. And Amazing Smile,,,Dear Loving God, please help me to bless others with a smile that can be trusted. Amen, Thank God. RIP. Harold & Joyce Grant Byram Ms.

As a former member of Mt. Nebo Church and a friend of Ms. Evelyn Marie Vaughn, I was truly blessed to know such a gracious, humble, and faithful woman. Ms. Vaughn served as a longtime usher with dignity, kindness, and quiet excellence, reflecting Christ's love through her unwavering commitment to serving others. She was also a devoted mother, loving grandmother, and a beautiful soul whose gentle spirit and warm presence touched the lives of everyone she encountered.
I will always remember Ms. Vaughn with admiration, gratitude, and deep affection. Although she will be greatly missed, I find comfort in knowing she has received her heavenly reward. My heartfelt prayers are with her family and the entire Mt. Nebo Church family during this time of loss. May we all be inspired by her life of faithful service and take comfort in the words of our Savior: "Well done, good and faithful servant." (Matthew 25:23) Rest peacefully, my dear friend. Your legacy of faith, humility, and service will never be forgotten.
