Funeral services will be Friday, January 10, 2020 at 12:00 noon, Anderson United Methodist Church, 6205 Hanging Moss Road, Jackson, MS 39206 with burial in Bracey Memorial Cemetery, Springridge Road, Raymond, MS 39154.
Family and friends hour will be Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Westhaven Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m.
On January 6, 2020, God send his angel to pick, yet another of his special flowers. Gloria Fisher-Lee was born, November 16, 1953 to Alfred and Clotea Fisher. she was the third child of five children.
Gloria joined Anderson United Methodist Church in June 2007, att Anderson United Methodist Church she served as Sunday School Teacher, President and Vice President of the United Methodist Women, Young Ministry Chairperson, Vacation Bible School Co-Director and Girl Scout Troop Leader. After joining Seven Springs United Methodist Church she served as Financial Secretary. Program Coordinator, President and Vice President of the United Methodist Women, Kitchen Coordinator and started Back Pack Blessings.
Gloria also served as the West Jackson District United Methodist Women President. Their mission work included preparation of homeless care kits and chemo care kits.
Gloria was married to Tyrone Lee and from this union two loving daughters were born, Viji Lee of Byram, Mississippi and Tyronza Stephens of Jackson, Mississippi.
Gloria worked for twenty-five years and retired from the Mississippi Department of Health. She also worked as the first Assistant Manager for McDonald's for over ten years. She graduated from Lanier "833" High School in 1971 and in 1997 from The Jackson State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Childcare and Family Education.
Gloria leaves to cherish her memories and kind heart, her loving mother, Clotea Fisher, three daughters, Viji Lee, Tyronza Stephens (Marcus), Marcie Levy (Gregg); four sisters; Mirean Coleman, Gwen Cannon (Harold); Shawnee Andrews (Bobby), Berlinda Johnson; two brothers; Craig Fisher (Stephanie) and Benjamin Graham (Katherine); eight grandchildren; Zahqui, Justin, Paige, Parker, Payton, Paisley, Dillon and Day Day; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and treasured friends that will forever have her in their hearts.

Gloria, I remember the day we first met. You took me to Camp BlueBird with you and Ms.Henreen Burkes every year I love you so much you were special to me. I will forever miss you. I know you are in a better place with no more pain or sickness. You will be truly missed by all who came in contact with you.
