Jamel D. Collins passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019 at the age of 20. He was born on October 8, 1998 in Orlando, Fl to Courtney Collins and Shaun Isom. Jamel was the light of so many of our lives and words cannot express the grief that we feel at this moment. It is so unreal that you are no longer with us. We know that to be absent from the body is to be in the presence of the Lord and you will continue to watch over us in heaven with our father. We love you so much. Jamel will be missed by his mother, Courtney Collins; father, Shaun Isom; sisters: Jasmine Hooten, Jakiya Clinton, and Sandetta Clark; bothers: Marquevis Collins and Dezmon Clinton; one niece, Jaziah Hooten; one nephew, Tremaine Green; grandmothers: Catheren Collins, Louise Isom, and Essie Clinton; grandfather, Eugene Isom; aunts: LaTonya Collins, Tangie Collins, and Madisyn Collins of Jackson, MS; Carol Clinton, Brittany Clinton, and Jennifer Isom of Clermont, FL; uncles: Eddie Collins of Chicago, IL; Gregory Isom, Antonio Isom, and Eugene Isom, Jr. of Clermont, FL; a host of great aunts, uncles , and cousins. Jamel was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mattie Clinton.
