To Carrie and family, I offer my condolences. Julius was always kind and kept a big smile that will never be forgotten. He was a cousin that I always looked forward to seeing because his gentle and kind spirit was always encouraging. I will continue to lift each of you in prayer for peace. The first time I met Mr. Brock it was easy to see he was a man of class. He was always dressed immaculately from head to toe and no outfit was complete without a matching hat and his signature smile. We grew to be friends and I quickly learned that he only talked about 3 things. God, Miss Carrie, and his New Orleans Saints. I'm proud he chose to be my FRIEND. Barry & Amy Barnes ♥️
