Mr. Louis Edward Armstrong, 75, of Jackson, Mississippi, was born on August 31, 1950, in Bude, Mississippi, to the late Charlie Armstrong and Lucille Campbell Armstrong.
Mr. Armstrong, a dedicated and respected Special Project Officer for the Hinds County Supervisorโs Office, transitioned peacefully on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Mississippi Veterans Nursing Home.
